Our Healthy Food Made Easy course is taught in a relaxed, group learning environment. This is a six-session course and is open to anyone over the age of 16. Each session is 2 ½ hours long and includes practical cooking lessons as well as easy-to-learn theory.
On this course you will learn how to:
- Improve your health through better diet;
- Make delicious, healthy food on a budget;
- Learn how to shop smart – spending less and getting more.
- Develop positive attitudes and behaviours around food;
- balance your diet; and
- understand food labels.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about food allergies and illnesses such as diabetes, coeliac disease, etc.
As well as our public courses, we can provide courses for private groups. All students will receive a recipe book and certificate on completion.
